Who can participate in Eximius'09?

Everyone is welcome to participate in workshops and seminars during Eximius 2009. Other than few events like Genesis, Consulting@Startup and Networking Lunch which have restricted entry, all other events are open for all. For participating in InGen and Genesis as contestants please read the guidelines document available on respective event pages. For Networking Lunch, entry is strictly by invitation only. Do I need an entry pass for Eximius'09?

If you are not an IIMB student, or explicityly invited by EnI Cell or NSRCEl, you need to register on the website to participate in the events, workshops, panel discussions and speaker sessions. Link to register is given on the top-right corner of website. It is recommended that you bring your visiting card along with you to get past additional security checks put in place due to Independence Day

How do I participate in Eximius'09?

To participate in Eximius'09, you need to first register your details on the website. Link to register/sign-up is given on the top-right corner of www.eximius-iimb.com. Once you are registered for the event, you can go and enroll yourself for each of the events you are interested in by going to respective event details pages. At the bottom of event detail page, you can find option to register/unregister yourself for an event. Please register yourself in advance as we have only limited seats available for workshops. Registration is strictly on a First-cum-First-service basis.

How do I submit my entries for InGen & Genesis?

Once you have registered yourself at www.eximius-iimb.com and enrolled for these events, you will find an option to upload your entry at the bottom of the respective event detail page. Upload your entry with-in the time window given for the event. No late entries will be accepted in any case. (Note: Don't wait for last minute to upload your entry. We are expecting more than thousand entries for these events. if your entry doesn't get submitted due to last minute web traffic overload, Eximius will not be responsible. It is recommended that you submit first draft of your entry as soon as it is done and overwrite it as and when it is fully ready.
